What is the difference between Regular and Classic?
Regular is our selected-quality everyday blend: strong and easy-drinking. Classic is the premium blend: darker, bolder and best with full-cream milk or masala chai.
How many cups does one 250 g pack make?
About 100 cups of Regular (2.5 g per cup) or about 83 cups of Classic (3 g per cup), depending on how strong you like it.
How do I make kadak chai with Black Oak?
Boil water, add about one heaped teaspoon of tea per cup and boil for 1–2 minutes. Add milk and sugar, bring it to a boil two or three times, then strain. See the brew guide.
Can I use it for masala or adrak chai?
Yes. Add ginger or cardamom to the boiling water before the tea. Classic is especially good for masala chai.
How should I store the tea?
Keep it in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, away from moisture and strong smells. Always use a dry spoon.
